World Choral Day is an international event being celebrated every year on the second Sunday in December. On that day, choirs from all over the world celebrate choral music. Thousands of choirs with dozens of singers perform compositions and promote love for choral music passing it onto the audience.
Since 2017, the City of Prijedor, for the first time, got involved into marking this international day. A concert of choirs is held under the title “Whole World – One Choir” aimed at popularization of choral singing, giving the opportunity to choirs to perform more often and audience in Prijedor to be present at one more concert of choral music, besides the Festival “Zlatna vila”.
